Justice 4 Jamar Community Day is about bringing the community together to honor the life and legacy of our son, Jamar Shaw. It's also a reminder that our family continues to seek justice. Jamar's case remains unsolved, and we remain hopeful that someone with information will come forward.  We believe justice begins when people are willing to speak up and share what they know. 

On this day, we’re handing out 250 complimentary snack bags that include a hot dog, chips, fruit snacks & a bottled water. Representatives from Crime Stoppers will be on-site to educate community members about how anonymous tips work, the importance of sharing information, and the critical role the public plays in helping solve crimes and keep our neighborhoods safe. Their presence reinforces a simple but powerful message; if you see something, say something.

We want people to understand that Crime Stoppers is a valuable community partner, and that even the smallest piece of information could provide answers, bring closure, and help families like ours move one step closer to justice.
